Liz is the company founder and a recognized expert in the field of skin care trends, marketing, branding and product development. She has been involved in the skincare industry for many years and serves as the creative director and strategic manager of Vitelle.

Aleks has been working with Vitelle for 15 years. He holds a B.A. in Business from PLNU in San Diego, C.A. and is a licensed Aesthetician. A popular guest speaker at industry trade events and a seasoned facilitator, he trains top performing managers and professionals on business management topics that combine his extensive knowledge esthetics and business.

Susanna possesses many years of managerial and client care experience in the professional skincare arena. She combines strong product knowledge with excellence in customer service. In her role as VP of Operations she leads the in-house sales team in addition to overseeing the administrative and client services staff.

Shanley has been with Vitelle for many years and is a key member of our client outreach team. She is a licensed Esthetician and has been part of the professional industry for the last 10 years. She brings a strong passion for skincare along with substantial product knowledge and hands-on experience working with clients to optimize their product portfolios. Shanley is a key member of our marketing team traveling to trade events and symposiums.

As Principal Formulator, David developed of our newest product group, Inception MD, in addition to distinctive OEM projects which have been extremely successful.  He oversees the formulation team in addition to supervising production staff, monitoring batch execution and post production processes. He is a graduate of Dept. of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry at Simon Fraser University. As a MSc. graduate, he is well trained in scientific methodology with years of practical laboratory experience. He applies the same rigor to the R&D of challenging new formulas, echoing contemporary ideas on scientifically proven function and efficacy.
